
Ingredientes:
- 5 bistecas de porco
Molho:
- 2 colheres (sopa) de margarina
- 1 cebola media ralada
- 1/2 colher (chá) de sal
- Molho de pimenta a gosto
- 1/2 colher (sopa) de salsinha picada
- Suco de 2 laranjas grandes
- Suco de 1 limão
- 1 colher (sopa) de mostarda
- 1 colher (sopa) de conhaque
- 1 colher (chá) de maisena
- 3 colheres (sopa) de café bem forte
Modo de preparo:
Tempere as bistecas e reserve. Prepare o molho, colocando em uma panela a margarina, deixe derreter, acrescente a cebola ralada e deixe dourar, em seguida acrescente a mostarda, o suco de laranja, o suco do limão, a salsinha, o conhaque, o sal e a pimenta, mexa pôr alguns segundos. A parte dissolva a maisena no café e acrescente ao molho, mexendo até engrossar. Frite as bistecas e despeje sobre elas o molho. Sirva acompanhada de arroz branco e salada de folhas.
